EXPERIENCE

August 2014 – June 2015, Condominium Associates, Inc. Clearwater, Florida

On site manager for a 384 unit Condominium Association. Community consist of 24 buildings, 2 pools, tennis and racquet ball court.

Assist owners with sales, rentals, guests and architectural applications.

Supervise a staff of one administration assistant and two full time maintenance men.

Develop and maintain a professional relationship with the association Board of Directors, attorneys and insurance brokers.
