Job Responsibilities

Heat Load Calculations on HAP, duct sizing, toilet exhaust, car park exhaust, kitchen hood design and selection of air terminals.

Chilled water pipe sizing, pump selection, cooling tower selection.Chiller selection, expansion tank selection.

HVAC Shop drawings- window AC split AC, ducted split unit, package unit, duct sizing for toilet exhaust, car park exhaust, kitchen hood.

Estimation of quantity of material from HVAC and plumbing shop drawings.

Supervising and execute the work as per the detail drawings and specifications.

Receive design and construction drawings related to HVAC and plumbing, and review the same.

Follow up the delivery of the material ensure the delivery as per the construction program.

Allocate the man power according to the site activities and work priorities.

Attend project progress meetings and co-ordination meeting with the employer as well main contractor.

Prepare weekly / monthly reports, cost saving and variation claims.

Submit the Reports to the project Manager/ Operation Manager and construction manager.

Approval of the works done through consultant inspections.

Maintain the records of material and man power mobilization.

Follow up and attend consultant snags and closing the same to obtain completion certificate.
