SCR (Supply Chain Replenishment) is mainly a forecast processing system for Quaker, Tropicana and Gatorade business units at PepsiCo. The business users plan the forecast of the QTG products based upon the market requirements. These users anticipate the market based upon factors like season, sports events, market trends etc. The forecast information is feed into SCR system. The Finished Goods Inventory (FGI) application is supply chain system that pulls inventory information from the plants, DCs, and leased facilities to provide system-wide inventory snapshot that can be reported by location, UPC or trade group. CMP [Cost Management Process] Tracker application caters costing savings (positives) for the projects initiated within North American Supply Chain. The main objective of CMP Tracker application is to help the management to track all projects with unified database system.

24/7 Support Process Most of the support calls are raised via the Helpdesk and logged in the Peregrine system.

Users are encouraged to call the helpdesk for all issues, but some problems are reported directly to the support analyst via phone and/or email.

Bugs, fixes, etc. are logged in Peregrine as incident Tickets.
