Senior Manufacturing/Engineering Manager, Mattel, Inc., Jakarta, Indonesia Barbie Plant, (September 1996 – May 1997). Responsible for all mechanical engineering, design engineering, industrial engineering, process validation, plant maintenance, plant tool crib and mold repair and maintenance. Manufactured over 500K Barbies per week. Injection molding machine fleet over 165 machines.
Senior Staff Engineer, Mattel, Inc., Corporate El Segundo, CA, (March 1992 – September 1996). Senior member of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Group (AME). Provided support to all Mattel’s worldwide manufacturing facilities in regards to plastic injection molding, tooling and product design.
President/Inventor, WITI Products, (May 1987- March 1992). Designed, developed, manufactured and marketed plastic products “Easy Hang” and “Easy Wrench”. Major retailers included Wal-Mart, Target, Home Base, Lecthers, Aaron Brother Art Mart, Catalog Sales, etc.
Plastics Consultant/Contract Mold Designer, (October 1982 – May 1987). Contract consultant with primary focus in complicated, precision mold design and injection molding process technology. Clients comprised markets from electronics, medical device, aero-space and consumer products.
Mold Design Engineer, ELE Corp., (June 1976 – October 1982). Mold designer for high precision/close tolerance injection molds.
