. Selling and servicing of PD, PC, and Centrifugal type pumps, compressors and blowers as well as several other types of waste water treatment equipment.

.Installation and STCT (startup/testing/commissioning/training) for water and waste water equipment, as well stocking, maintaining ordering, quoting and selling of equipment and parts.

Responsible for all day to day activities both Calgary and Edmonton as well as Saskatchewan and Manitoba. (installations of water treatment systems with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, welding etc)

I was the Alberta safety trainer and was responsible for ensuring all staff was compliant and up to date with all aspects of safety.

I was the most dedicated worker, showed great initiative, was always on time, willing to go the extra mile and doing my due diligence when it came to providing top notch customer service. My vehicle was always clean, tidy and stocked, appearance goes along way. I had many commendations and merit comments from customers and other staff members. I took several courses on my own time to enhance my service capabilities. I had ideas for changes in the service department.

For these reasons I was accepted as the service manager!

Perform managerial duties, ie, in charge of 5 service techs in Calgary,3 in Edmonton 1 in Saskatchewan, 1 shipper/receiver and 1 plant operator in Calgary. I also manage and coordinate all the services for Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba.

I did biannual and annual performance reviews as well was responsible for hiring and if need by letting staff go.

-I have cut department costs by reviewing cell plans, long distance calling.

- I have changed work weeks for the On Call service tech because of Sunday services we perform. That tech now works Sunday to Thursday with no overtime. I have also reorganized our out town work trips to make them more efficient. This now reduces our spending on fuel, hotels, meals and time.

- I schedule city routes for the most effective routes for all service calls, prebook

-Responsible for implementation of fleet purchases and maintenance programs for the fleet

-Perform all vehicle fleet maintenance, and maintain records

-Set up and maintain driver training and safety with yearly training

- Maintain and coordinate inventory control for the branch

-I Implemented an inventory turns procedure where we can get an accurate detail of what is used most and ensure all old stock gets moved out, and that we do no sit on big ticket items for along periods of time. This helps us reduce our expenditures.

-I have completed power point presentations for local staff and the Canadian business unit manager.

-Purchase inventory and noninventory items, search for most effective costs, work with Oracle computer program that involves daily dispatching of service calls, going over open orders and receipts,

-Do up quotes to customers and enter them into the computer system

-Set up Min/Max levels for automatic ordering of parts and supplies

-Conduct customer reviews of at least 5 per month and biannual service staff reviews

-Back up the ship/rec and plant operator for sick or vacation days

-Work with medical professionals, doctors and nurses, dealing with Dialysis patients

-Enforce all CSA, AAMI, QSR and FDA policies and guidelines regarding dialysis and for day to day branch operations

-I do all HSE training for the Alberta branches, safety control and training of WHMIS, safe driving, lock out tag out, confined space, office safety, emergency contingency plans, hazcom, CPR, first aid, electrical, and blood born pathogens for our branch., We complete a different topic each month.

-I am required to take mandatory yearly updates

-Project manager duties PO approvals; maintain margins, budgets and deadlines, organize trades, order parts and consolidation of all related tasks to ensure all goes well.
