Selected Achievements
Lower the unit cost of nitrobenzene from 0.654 to 0.641 (kg benzene/kg nitrobenzene) for the 15000 ton/y of nitrobenzene production workshop via the improvements in process and production management, corresponding to ~1 million dollars of net profit per year.
Lead the project of “The improvement of fresh H2 feeding process in the aniline production”. The aniline production capacity was increased by 30% and one of three H2 compressors was spared after the innovation.
Put forth and lead the improvement of steam pipeline system.
Lead the circulating water system cleanup.
Complete the process design and installation for a new 10 ton boiler.
Investigate and analyze the market of N-methyl aniline for new product development.
