Created and implemented innovative sales strategy to finalize $400K sale. Pizzuti Companies owned 4.8 acre tract in Orlando that proved difficult to sell due to unique access and location. Analyzed potential buyers and met with site selector for McDonalds. Utilized convincing argument that locals were not patronizing existing facility in the area due to its location in the tourist corridor. After a demographic study, McDonalds purchased property and built new prototype store geared to the local market.
