Currently, I am involved in volunteer efforts with the Women’s Resource Agency for Lean/5S projects.
In 2015, I achieved 2 successful events with Bankers Life and Casualty to raise awareness and funds for the Alzheimer’s Association.
In 2012, I achieved a national charity event with the American Syringomyelia and Arnold Chiari Alliance Project in a period of 3 months, though typically an event this scale requires 8 months to accomplish. In this effort, I led a team, utilized social media to promote the event, organized 8 entertainment venues to include performers, generated donations from vendors and hosted a silent auction.
From 2004-2008, I was a lead instructor for Art in the Suitcase programs at Skyway Elementary on a volunteer basis.
