Primarily responsible for analog and digital circuit design for Electric Power Steering (EPS).
Identification, development and testing of new and/or replacement MOSFET technology, and characterize the inverter (power section).
Analysis the characteristic (resistance, thermal, power dissipation etc) of overall EPS controller board.
Design and Analysis of power supply circuit for EA3.X & EA4.X
Develop and Analyze the watchdog timer/temporal monitor circuit for EPS controller.
Design and Analysis of handwheel position analog & digital sensor circuit.
Develop circuit level DFMEAs, thermal analysis, worst case analysis, monte carlo analysis etc
Develop and maintain the circuit design and analysis documents (CADDs) and Circuit test plans (CTPs) of power section (Gate Drive and MOSFETs) for H-Bridge and three phase EPS motor, power supply, Battery filtering with reverse battery protection and override circuits ( Phase disconnect, overvoltage monitoring etc).
