Arrange the walk through for IA with customer and explain the required things upfront

Communicate third party about Go-Live Date well in advance and engage them as and when required

During deployment different call to be set up to update the status to customer and drop an email to all the stakeholders about the overall status.

Responsibility:

Requirement Contribution: Work with parent company, customer to gather the requirement and facilitate the team in terms functional clarification, design discussion with customer, prepare RTM to for E2E, identify the dependency stories for particular iteration(Agile Methodology)

Project Planning/Sprint Planning: prepare the project plan for current/next iterations based on the product backlogs after consult with product owner. Sprint planning will be done at regular interval for iteration wise based on the revised product backlogs.

Issues/Risks: Issues/Risks are identified earlier phase and rise in the right forum and make sure that all are addressed at right time and remove all the bottle neck before move on next phase.

Design Contribution: work with state (Customer) for low level preparation, identify the design gap and inform customer upfront and facilitate team to provide adequate support in design phase.

Construction Contribution:

Code Review: Code will be validated and verified against requirement/checklist

Run Sonarqube tools against each requirement and maintain the base lined version of code compliance

Validate Business Rules against Each Story and capture all the review findings and log all the code review defects in JIRA tool and assign each defect to respected developer and make sure that all are addressed and closed within stipulated time

Check-in all modified files in clear case for respected iteration

Prepare the release notes

Communicate stakeholders about particular release

Sprint Retrospective/Lesson Learnt/Best Practices: Gather info for each iterations what went wrong/ good and gather team feedback about their iteration experience and would be applied for next iterations as scrum master

Tracking all the deployment notes with granular level and published internally to development leads ensure all required deployable are done at appropriate time as to avoid any mismatch when we move different environment

Checklist validated every day and results to be published to internal and take the appropriate actions in case of any deviation or particular activity if not done on time.

Weekly release workshop to be conducted and issues and risks are tracked and acted at the earliest

Action items and follow up to be captured during release work shop and programme board call and published internally and get it completed and keep the stake holders informed about the progress of risks/issues next week call.

Duration: Jan 2013 to May 2014

Responsibilities:

Taking care of alter release and align the resources based on the agile process

Tracking all the story point with FP and accommodate the story point based on the size

Attending sprint planning call and align the releases and individual mile stones based on the downstream and upstream components

Co-ordination with third party and get the things done before we move on any development in case of third party dependencies

Attend stand-up call and discuss about progress of each story point and escalate to customer in case of third party delay and highlight the issues/risks upfront

Weekly dashboard presentation to customer (Status of all the key deliverables)
