JOB RESPONSILITIES:

Coordinate with project representatives / clients with regards to all Project Quality issues

as well as implementation and maintenance of Project Quality Plan and Company QMS at

sites/work location.

Preparation of Inspection and Test Plans, Method Statements &

Welding Procedures etc. for Structural and Mechanical discipline in coordination with concerned

discipline engineers.

Inspection & report preparation for piping and structural

fabrications, welding, installation and commissioning activities of Structural, Architectural,

Piping and HVAC works as per the Inspection and Test Plan.

Conducting and witnessing of welding procedures and welders

qualification tests and preparation of WPS, PQR & WPQR as per code and client requirements.

Witnessing Erection/ Installation of Structural Members/ Piping

Spools

Inspection of incoming materials, preparation of materials

receiving inspection reports (Structural, Pipings, Architectural & HVAC).

Dimensional Inspection of structural members/ piping spools

during fit-up.

Inspecting the weld fit-up joints prior to root pass & visual
