Responsibilities
Travel and Operations
Meet with clients to present possible destinations for incentive trips.
Plan itineraries and prepare costing to ensure it falls within the clients’ budget.
Coordinate hotel accommodations, tours, transportation & other land arrangements with tour operators.
Coordinate flight bookings with reservations staff.
Coordinate visa and passport processing with documentation staff.
Coordinate with airline personnel and assist during check – in at the airport.
Act as tour leader during the actual trip.
Prepare tour packages.
Prepare proposals and do sales calls to promote these tour packages and other company products to clients.
Accompany tour operators and hotel sales representatives who come to Manila for sales calls.
Prepare office procedures, work flow and compile the job descriptions of each employee.
Handle clients complaints and provide solutions.
Sales Support
Part of the organizing team for annual events of the company such as Sales Conventions, Annual Awards Night, meetings of Regional Managers and gathering of the sales force.
