Dynamic Application project aims to increase the number of prospects who complete their application by simplifying and streamlining the application process, while recognizing the need for flexibility and personalization thereby enhancing customer experience. This will help in driving Card Member acquisition by moving more people’s application from pending to approve status and once their applications are approved. The IAN Automatic Remediation Project is addressing failures experienced by newly acquired card members in IAN Partner/Proprietary channels. This causes CMs to not be able to use their IAN immediately to achieve the Bonus in the channel as expected. Remediation of Delta Instances is being handled manually. This Project will implement an automatic detection and remediation process to address any IAN channels that experience such failures.

Re-architecting the IAN process to first check if systems are available to fulfill the Instant Account Number to the CM. If systems are not available, a general PEND message will be displayed to the CM. This will prevent an IAN from being generated, and when the CM is approved and receive credit card in mail, the CM can spend to achieve their spend award. Display a notification to CMs that experience a break in the IAN channel post decision that they will receive their award. We will build a capability to automatically fulfill the notification displayed to the CM and remediate CMs with the appropriate bonus.
