CMWRC mission is a non-profit spiritual organization offers wide-range of spiritual, educational and charitable programs. Online registration system provides Chinmay mission administrator to add/manage different programs and at the same time allows the mission members to register to the various programs. Application has three main modules; Registration module, Program administrator module and payment module-third party interface.

Responsibilities:

As a QA consultant, participated in requirement review meeting with Business team, Development team and Quality Assurance team.

Prepared positive and negative test cases for manual testing based on the System/Business Requirements. Contribution was primarily on Programs administration and registration module.

Created the Requirement Traceability Matrix document Performed Functional testing, Regression and UAT.

This application enables project managers to generate monthly Telecom order transactions metrics based on criteria, which helps in monthly recurring billing, analyzing the order errors and provide necessary recommendations for the customers and also to the internal departments. This application has two main modules, first a PL-SQL based transaction Data feed from the productions database and user-friendly web based GUI for project managers and business analysts to review transaction data with customers. This application also provides ability to users to download the reports or send the reports to user’s email addresses.

Responsibilities:

Prepared positive and negative test cases for manual testing based on the System/Business Requirements in MS-Excel.

Executed PL-SQL scripts to get data from Transaction Reporting Database and measured the execution time taken from PL SQL scripts. Created and executed SQL queries to make sure data feed worked correctly.

Executed all the GUI verification test cases and verified the expected results.

Used JIRA to track, review and analyze the defects and generated reports out of JIRA to share with QA Team leads and development team.

Performed regression testing of the application once the bugs are fixed.
