As a college graduate and a person with over eighteen years in the customer services field, I believe I am qualified for the position due to my extensive experience and knowledge in this area.

For one employer, I handled a busy call center in the pharmacy department, answering queries ranging from inquiries that required me to enter claim information, investigate, and follow-up on any problems or complaints to successful resolutions. Other inquiries applied to member costs(eg. copays, co-insurances, and deductibles), covered services, and to assist the Member Services department or any of the many departments within the company. By performing my responsibilities and other duties as required by the job, the department worked together as a team to provided execellent customer service to our members.

In executing the job responsibilities of my previous employment, those tasks required daily use of Windows and the department's on-line claims program with extended use of Outlook, Word, and Excel applications. At that prior employment, I would not have been able to provide excellent customer service without my excellent verbal skills or problem solving ability all while multi-tasking in a high volume team environment. I always paid attention to detail so I could correctly and expediently complete the tasks assigned to me.
