Perform work as a Field mechanic and shop mechanic repairing equipment keeping them safe and

operating properly to company and manufacturer requirements. Machines involved with production

including 994f loader, the fleet of 793B/D 777F haultrucks and all the support equipment used during day

to day operations including Cat D10 dozers, 834/824, 365C, 980H/K, 988H, 16H/G, 420D, D11R.

Perform the removal, repair and installation of transmissions, engines, brakes, differentials, pumps,

motors,torque convertors, turbos, cutting edges, tracks, final drives, hydraulic oil and coolant hoses and

other heavyequipment systems or components.

Performed injector replacement on caterpillar 3516 engines along with scheduled valve lash setting

Procedures, turbo changes, main and rod bearing changes to Caterpillar specifications.

Performed mechanical and lubrication preventative maintenance on machine systems such as: hydraulic,

power train and engines.

Prioritize and make decisions regarding equipment repair as needed

Responsible for maintaining work orders and performing work area inspections

Operate mobile equipment such as: overhead cranes, forklifts, and boom trucks

Performed welding including MIG, and Stick. Also used oxy/accet torches.
