October 2012 March 2015 : Ericsson/EMS Customer Project Manager (CPM)

Ericsson Managed Services Project Manager drove OEM deployment

teams to complete dependencies on the 65 MHz projects ahead of schedule

in order to allow for Capacity growth projects of voice and data carriers. This

allowed Sprint to start earning revenue ahead of schedule.

Sr. Project Manager (Contractor). Working on the Sprint Network Vision

Project, Ive had the opportunity to work and be successful in many different

roles within this mega project.

1st assignment was as the CPM for the Austins FIT (Field Trials).

o

Through SDLC Processes, Software Upgrades were successfully

implemented on selected cell sites, paving the way for new features

and enhanced performance across all markets to be implemented.

These processes included development of a software/hardware

matrix, hardware assessment, ordering the correct software,

development of MOPs and implementation of software upgraded.

Concurrently I was converting Sprints existing 3G EVDO to

o

Ericssons EVDO solution. Our targeted cell sites were Clusters that

included Metrocells that would not be replaced with Ericssons RBS

frame by Sprints required cluster launch date.

I was appointed National Backhaul Conversion Leader where we

o

converted sites that were on air Ericssons SIU using T1s to Fiber or

Microwave Backhaul. Managing up to 8 Conversion Managers, we

successfully converted over 1000 cell sites before I moved on to my

next assignment.

In October 2013, I was tasked with cleaning up project finances,

o

focusing on the Implementation / Integration costs.

Throughout 1Q14 I have been assigned as a Customer Project

o

Manager for Sprint Cell Site Relocation project that required cells be

moved to a new location due to DOT requirements.

June 2010 to March 2012: Huawei Technologies Inc. Sr. Project Manager

Core and Wireless Network Deployments

As a Sr. Project Manager for Huawei, I was given the opportunity to fully

utilize PMIs principals for Project Management. I completed all 5 process

phases for managing a project from the Initiating Phase where I worked

directly with Sales to understand the Customers Business Case through the

Conclusion Phase where a satisfied customer accepted the project and I

was able to close financials.

o Deployed 1 core office and 300 LTE/CDMA cell site for Southern

Illinois Wireless.

o Deployed 100 cell sites for ClearTalk.

Developed reporting process for PMO.

Performed Software Audits and performed S/W Ordering

Mentored new PMs that join our group.

October 2007 to May 2010 Alcatel-Lucent Sr. Technical Project Manager

Managed complex upgrade projects for AT&Ts IPTV network, partnering with AT&T

Engineers to successfully complete 6 major metropolitan area upgrades.

Verified that all IP addresses in the MOP were correct for the offices they were prepared for.

Troubleshot the IP network in the event of communication failure.

Managed C-VoIP KPI reports, working with cross functional teams to drive improvements

into product deployment KPIs and Performance Monitoring KPIs.

Aug. 2005 to Oct. 2007 Nortel Sr. Project Manager

Project Managed CDMA Core and Cell Site installations, upgrades,

deployments, and act as Customer Service Prime to 12 Western US

customers and 3 additional customers located in US Territories in the

Pacific. Complex CDMA EVDO data networks composed the majority of the

deployment activities at that time.

Planned and executed Software Delivery throughout the Regional Network

Dec.2004 to July 2005 Enfora Inc. Sr. Project Manager

Outfitted 1188 Kraft trucks with GPRS/GPS communications in orders to get

real time updates on deliveries and optimize delivery routes. Duties

included, but not limited to:

o Handling all financials for the project.

o Interviewing and hiring contractors in various markets.

o Developing the Installation Methods.

o Coordinating with all Kraft Markets for downtime schedules.

o Quality auditing the installations.

o Closing all Markets.

Sept. 2003 to Dec. 2004 Nortel Customer Operation Leader for AT&T

Being the COL for AT&T Wireless, I was the SPOC for post in-service and
