Design and Fabrication of ‘ROBOMAN’. Design and fabrication of a robot. Which can automatically transform from a moveable car to a shape like human and vice versa. And also calculate the balancing of channels and center of gravity. The main tools used are Pro-Engineer wildfire 5.0 & ANSYS 15.0.7. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Attock Refinery LIMITED (ARL), Rawalpindi 4 weeks Summer Internship Maintenance of plant and production management.
Concise knowledge about processing crude oil and mechanical working. Basic knowledge about waste heat recovery power plant. Neelum Jhelum Hydropower Company (WAPDA), Muzafrabad 2 weeks Summer Internship Base: Mechanical Maintenance Department: Visit to different project sites. This project will take the kinetic energy of Neelum River, 60 km long tunnel having 380 meter head is given. Francis turbine will be installed.
Heavy Industry Taxila. (HIT), Taxila 4 weeks Summer Internship Industry Project: Design and fabrication of screw jack. Development, Engineering Support and Components Manufacture (DESCOM): One month internship based upon rotation through different Departments/Shops including Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Manufacturing Plant, Assembly Plant, Casting Plant and Supply Chain.
