Mechanical Engineer graduated 24 years ago with an MBA in Business Management and MBA in Product and Brand Management. Main activities: Intelligence and market research for implementation of new product lines, cost / benefit analysis and development of value added sales projects, product development, customer prospecting, implementation of analyzed projects, management of results and proof of gains, monitoring customers for evaluation of satisfaction and surveying potential new customers.

Training of sale and technical support teams in the identification of potential points for developing value added sales proposals and demonstration of results (case studies) as well as searching for new opportunities.

The evolution of the segment went from zero to more than USD 3 million / year of net sales in 4 years.

Product Application Supervisor - 01/2006 to 08/2008.

Main activities: Post sales technical support of clients in the Southern Region. The main activities were product application improvement studies, prospecting key accounts, customer training and tasks aimed at reducing production costs.

Main activities: Team management and control of industrial fluids used in the manufacturing of automotive engines at Renault Plant in Brazil - CMS.
