Processing of vendors orders received and other day to day transactions in accounting system.

Analyse accounts receivables position and various outstanding receivables on a weekly basis and follow-up with relevant parties as required for collections.

Maintaining proper records of stock movement, analyze seasonal demands and trends to determine the re-order quantity and accordingly place orders to C&F to ensure safety stock level is maintained.

Analyse AR trends and outstanding issues and implement proper credit control functions.

Providing weekly AR ageing report to the management, and highlighting variances, suggesting corrective actions.
