Provide consultancy to client for business improvement which can include improvements through business processes or financial changes or product/ campaign management.

Lead and/or participate in business gap analysis/ requirement gathering workshop (onsite) to determine client’s needs and discuss the requirements in detail by considering existing system processes and client’s requirements includes business processes, calculations and accounting.

Study and recommend modifications requests for client and analyze the completeness of the request by considering the impacted area and business impacts of the modification on business and whether this change is in line with client’s business objectives.
