OHS Letters Project

OHS Letters project a proof point project on Customer Communications involving automated generation of different types of letters being sent to customer. VoIP Access Features

VoIP Access is an existing COLT product. It enables a customer to connect their IP PBX infrastructure to the PSTN network without the need for gateways or TDM (PRI/BRI) access circuits. COLT provides customers with a DDI number range for use with the service. OHS-NMTS Web methods Interface

A GUI interface has been built between two application to push Telephone number data via Web methods interface.

Reseller Project

A Reseller is a COLT partner that re-sells one or more COLT services to its end-customers and fully owns the end-customer relationship: COLT does not have any contractual relationship with the end-customer, only with the Reseller.

PAM Project

Proactive Monitoring can be defined as the process where COLT will detect and act upon an alarm event on a customer’s service and proactively notify the customer, without the need of the customer having to report the fault to COLT.
