Report incidents, accident including near misses to the HSEMS Secretariat.

Management System and determine associated

hazard.

Maintain proper filling of documents and records.

On time submission of Safety related deliverables.

Participate in HSE and functional-related Training in 2014.

Prepare presentation for Weekly Report of Man-

hours.
