Academic Projects:
Pong game (October 2014):
Designed a two player Pong game in python.
In this game I attained the knowledge of GUI, and it also helped me advance my skills of programming.
Chatting Application(February 2014):
Designed a chatting application in java using the knowledge of connection to networks and made two frames for chatting.
Entirely based on Java and consists of two parts: jMessenger (client application) and jServer (server)
Web Crawler(January 2015):
Designed a simple web crawler in Python, which extracts all http links along with titles from the source code of a website, the website basically had a bunch of movies.
Also crawled through different posts in a forum which can extract the frequency of each word in forum.
Maze Puzzle(March 2015):
Designed a maze solving code in java.
Worked on finding a path out of the given maze using two methods, first using recursion and second using only loops.
Sine-Wave screen saver(November 2013):
Completed designing a screensaver in python that would move the text in a sine wave.
Designed it in such a way that we could change the amplitude, frequency and the text.
Stop-Watch Application(December 2013):
Developed a stop watch with an accuracy of one tenth second’s in python.
Main purpose of this project was getting used to GUI.
Hang-Man Game(July 2014):
Designed logic for hangman game in python.
Basically picked a random dictionary from google and selects a random word to be guessed, and the code also provides hints to the player as he proceeds in the game.
Bio-Medical Monitoring System(October 2012):
It was a biomedical application designed with microcontroller 89S52 based bio-monitor to measure respiratory rate, body temperature and blood pressure.
With the help of transmission media like mobile network enables doctors to do a remote check-up of the patients and provide them the preliminary medical advice.
