1981-1992; Brendan Parker Ltd., Investment banker of a private investment banking firm mergers and acquisitions- sought projects for investment groups. Investment banker of a private investment banking firm working primarily with mergers and acquisitions. Represented investment groups, from the U.S., Taiwan, and Japan in many different types of projects. These included the purchase of an aircraft manufacturing facility in Eastern Europe to the acquisition of facilities for the manufacture of motor coaches, intra-city buses. Other projects included the development of a mass marketing communications company. In some instances, these companies required interim management, which I provided until permanent staffing was secured. Projects also required knowledge and financial analysis of accounting methods for corporate financial records including balance sheets, revenue analysis including income statements and statement of cash flows, stockholders equity, debt assessment and liabilities.
