Pino Meroni Yacht Interiors, Part of (Depa Ltd, Global Interior Contracting Company)

Major Projects: Luxury Yachts from 11mtr to 58mtr; Terminal 3 Emirates Airlines, Conference Palace Hotel

•Constructed 10,000 sqm joinery factories from approvals phase to construction completion and set out of all modern facilities for Depa United Group. Rated one of the best operational factories in Dubai by clients.

•Planned and supervised production process from raw material to the final finishing stage. Initiated actions to prevent the occurrence of product or quality system non-conformance.

•Formulated practical designs, aesthetic and conducive to millwork production process. Conferred with technical department to determine factors affecting planning of interior environments such as budget, architectural preferences and purpose.

•Increased profits by 40% with effective planning/control and increased production turnover for typical yachts, booked for 3 years by reducing the administrative & factory over heads.
