Dear Human Resource Manager,

As an experienced office administrator and team leader with exceptional organizational, interpersonal and communications skills, I am seeking a multi faceted position utilizing my expertise. My proficiency in office administration, time management and multi tasking provides knowledge and skills that benefit employers requiring administrative support. I have employed my extensive experience and effective interpersonal expertise to excel in previous positions. I have repeatedly received superior job evaluation reviews, multiple employee recognition awards, and numerous bonuses for meeting or exceeding performance expectations. I have over 15 years experience in performing general office work which includes duties such as secretarial, clerical, accounting clerical, correspondence disseminations, human resource support and business management. I have an advanced level working knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. I am proficient with all general office machines and equipment. I have held a Department of Defense Secret Clearance since 2000. The past 14 years I worked as a civilian administrative contractor on the NAVSEA AUTEC Base, Andros Island, Bahamas. Since 2009 I was responsible for the AUTEC Recreation Association Department. My administrative responsibilities included the oversight of budgets and resources, document control, monitoring schedules for on- going projects to ensure all logistical requirements were met and preparing project status reports and presentations. Department accounts payable were processed weekly. Other duties included one-on-one customer support, department purchasing from vendors, and inventory management. I prepared and monitored schedules and material orders, submitted department work order submissions and outage reports, as well as maintained documented logs of said records. Additionally, I managed off-site international travel arrangements and prepared or reviewed department travel expense reports.

I was also responsible for personnel and resource management, and required to have competent knowledge of all relevant processes and equipment. This included writing and implementing department processes and procedures, and training employees to become proficient with said protocols. Located on a military installation, safety and security were paramount as was the knowledge of all relevant government and military procedures. Experience from previous positions includes taking and maintaining meeting minutes in a municipal capacity which often required further written submissions of minutes for legislative actions. Sensitive details where kept confidential and filed accordingly. Experience as an airline phone reservationist, I have excellent oral communication skills for professional interaction and customer support. After leaving my position with PAE, LLC in Oct 2014, I relocated back in the United States and have taken some time to visit family. I have moved to Augusta, GA and am now seeking employment in the local area.
