OBJECTIVE:

To offer experience and training as a Technical Leader/Electrical Supervisor to a company that requires a skilled, results-oriented technician in the maintenance and drilling departments onshore or offshore. I am an individual who is self-motivated, professional and seeks challenges in the oil and gas industry.

SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS:

15 years plus experience in the maintenance department working offshore on fifth/sixth generation drill ships and semi-submersibles. This includes troubleshooting hull side ship electronics systems and troubleshooting/preventive maintenance of related equipment such as NOV TDS 8, TDX1250, NOV Pipe Handling Machine, NOV/Aker/MH drilling equipment, Cameron/Shaffer BOP, GE SCR Drives, Siemens PLC’s as well as Simrad DP controls and Wartsilla/Caterpillar main engines and ABB Main generators. 04/08 to 06/15: SEADRILL AMERICAS,HOUSTON, TX

Technical Superintendent BP Excellence/Electrical Supervisor/Instrumentation Tech West Sirius/West Capricorn/West Vela New Built Semi-Submersible and Drillship, Troubleshooting various Maritime Hydraulic and NOV Drilling equipment as well as rig hull side instrumentation and electronics. Maintain and troubleshoot ABB Drilling Drives and Thrusters. Maintain and troubleshoot Cameron BOP Controls and Simrad DP and Vessel Management Systems. Supervises Electricians and Instrument Techs in daily task and maintenance.
