Implement the Pressure Control SOP system at all Satellite facilities to bring them in line with PVG ISO/Q1 requirements.

Manage the QC portion of the new fabricating plant startup in Baytown. Interview for AWS CWIs, NDE and Dimensional Inspectors.

Create a QA Training presentation and train the Distribution Center personnel in the QA aspects of the facility.

Create work instructions for the main functions of the QA department

Took over the calibration program. Reduced the “out of calibration list” to tools lost or no longer active. Procure replacement tools for the “lost” tools.

Worked with Tapes and Fibers Engineering to implement tighter controls on processes to reduce scrap.

Assisted in the selection and purchase of a new more accurate and programmable Zeiss CMM.

Responsible for CMM programming.

Train Inspectors on CMM operation and programming.
