SANITATION MANAGER, SHENANDOAH’S PRIDE, SPRINGFIELD VA.--2011-2013

• Manage all aspects of the production and sanitation department

• Provide leadership and safety to all departments; mix plant, production, cooler warehouse, receiving bay, maintenance and sanitation.

• Responsible for finishing production, having all lines cleaned and set up for next shift, all raw milk.
