Project Summary: Websphere Customer Center is based on IBM’s Master Data Management (MDM) product, which is a real time, transactional Customer Data Integration (CDI) software product. It maintains consistency of data and provides a 360-degree view of customer information through the WCC Hub. It is based on open standards and designed to implement with in a Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA). MDM as a product includes over 500+ business services to manage and maintain customer data. MDM provides Integrated Data Quality Management, privacy, security management and flexibility to build composite transactions from existing services.

The main intent of the project is to create the files to vendors and consuming the files from vendors. Currently these files are being processed on mainframes and eventually converted to data stage jobs.

Responsibilities

Involved as primary onshore Team lead and senior technical analyst during the analysis, planning, design, development, and implementation stages of project.

Analyzing the business requirements and system specifications to understand the application.

Created functional and technical specifications for projects. Also, responsible for logical and physical design of database for new projects using Microsoft Visio
