Established the entire Human Resources function for the domestic operations of two companies incorporating the requirements of two presidents, four locations, separate product lines, distinct employee cultures and unique environments including manufacturing, distribution and sales.

Departmentalized the Human Resources function to include employment, benefits administration, wage & salary, payroll, training and education, affirmative action and employee relations as well as fleet administration.

Designed, developed and implemented all of the Human Resources systems.
