Oversee Production, Quality, and Safety topics for expanding 2nd and 3rd shift operations.
At first, responsible for all areas of both shifts. As of January, 2013, a second Manager was brought on board and the Production Department was split into two areas, as it is on the 1st shift. Candidate is the Manager for the Brass Division.
Directly involved in the training of new supervisors and the mentoring and coaching of the management team.
Hands-on in dealing with quality topics and process improvement opportunities.
This position represents an expansion of the candidate’s knowledge and experience base, as WIKA is a piece goods manufacturer.

At the end of his tenure at KMMG, the candidate was picked by the Head of Department and the Production Managers to become the first Continuous Improvement (CI) Leader for KMMG. Candidate was chosen based on previous experience at BMW and a knack for project leadership, team building success, and CI implementation at KMMG.
Directly manage the Trim production lines at KMMG.
Responsibilities include monitoring production and managing the 13 group leaders and over four hundred production team members which comprise the General Assembly workforce.
Other responsibilities cover topics from quality concerns and countermeasures to addressing line efficiency issues to dealing with Human Relations concerns involving General Assembly team members.
Lean six sigma production and continuous improvement oversight.
Was hand-picked to oversee the Pilot Team, a ramp-up team designed to conduct the movement of the Hyundai Santa Fe from the Alabama Hyundai plant to ours.
