A global EPCM Company. Project handled: Revamp of Coke storage Tank area at ExxonMobil / Imperial Oil Refinery and Reversal of Line 9B Crude Oil Pipeline construction project from Sarnia to Montreal. Project Engineer

Developed Project Design Basis, performed economic analysis, developed schedules, prepared cost estimates and detailed Engineering for the project.

Resolved technical and project management issues and handle management of change, performed HAZOPS, conducted project gate reviews.

Initiated incentive scheme to convert standalone CNG stations into Byco retail outlets.

1. Facility Engineer – Chevron LPG Plants

Assisted in planning, scope of work, tendering process, selection of contractors and commissioning. Plan and prepare construction schedules and construction project budget estimates.

Prepared tender documents, evaluation criteria and recommendation summary.

Supervised construction and up-gradation of four Chevron LPG facility infrastructures.

Managed and coordinated construction and commissioning activities of Tank repair project.

Prepared turnover documentation, as built drawings, P&IDs, blueprint, schematics, certifications and equipment performance reports.

ACHIEVEMENTS:

Had been a key member of Chevron’s LPG Terminal Power Team, received Most Admired Terminal Regional award for top safety record in execution of projects.

Safe execution of tank cleaning / repairs / up gradation, requalification program according to API 510 on ten LPG vessels of 30 and 50 metric ton storage capacity and two above ground oil storage tanks as per API 653 resulting in significant cost savings.

Supervised installation of Overfill Protection system on LPG vessels of two LPG plants.

Supervised construction of office and residential blocks at two LPG plants.

Implemented Chevron plant maintenance program for LPG plants in order to ensure that the equipment installed at the plant is safe, reliable and works efficiently, resulted in high performance of equipment and reduced equipment down time.

Implemented Contractor Health Environment and Safety Management process for the Chevron LPG projects. Provided coaching & trainings to the selected contractors as per Chevron standards, resulted in zero incidents during project execution.

Led Terminal Power Team members in successful completion of Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority audit inspection requirements of four Chevron LPG plants in the region.

2. Retail Network Coordinator

Developed and implemented the Chevron Retail Network optimization processes in the region for the optimization of Retail network of 500 outlets.

Developed First National network plan for Chevron retail network including CNG outlets for implementation of network optimization process, by identifying direct investment markets and trade areas, benchmarking and classifying outlets.

Developed standard classification and identification of each investment site in the retail network as Long Term Strategic, Short Term Strategic or Non Strategic considering competitiveness, site performance and layout in the respective market area. Developed Technical proposals for each investment site.

ACHIEVEMENTS:

Held the distinction of developing First National Network Plan for Chevron Retail Network.

Identified and recommended closing of 45 dormant and non-performing outlets and upgrading of 10 outlets in the retail network. Overall optimization of the retail network which resulted in significant cost savings, throughput and increased in market effectiveness.

Coordinated with MPSI for the collection of data and the development of retail study model for the decision support system for setting up the new Retail outlet in the market area.

3. Construction Specialist

Supervised, managed and coordinated multidiscipline engineering and construction activities of newly constructed 05 retail outlets with CNG facility and major upgrades and face lifting of 10 outlets.

Planned and managed capital projects, and prepared material, schedule and cost estimates, status reports and design specification.
