Manage 15 year, $150m contract food service operation, with 8 locations, reaching over 10k customers daily, while coordinating new business development. Each location includes as many as 5 different QSR’s or concepts.

Responsible for ensuring achievement of all operational objectives, financial results, operational excellence, as well as the development and maintenance of all hospitality programs and the highest customer service levels, through collaboration among operations, customers, clients and field support.

Oversee implementation of daily functions; production logs, web-based financials, payroll, and spot audits, as well as overseeing catering programs to achieve sales objectives.
