Abilities:

I was a Phlebotomist since 2002-2003 with hands on training from Winter Haven Hospital and

have the ability to practical as a Vocational Nurse. Perform IV Therapy and a hard worker with

good reading comprehension, critical thinking, an active listener, time management,

coordination, complex problem solving and good writing and speaking skills. I gained

experience in critical care like tracheas, colostomies, customer services, wound treatments

(staging 1-V), gangrene, amputations, doctor referrals and much more. I have also enhanced my

documenting on patient treatment and therapy during my care with them. I also have

responsibility of medications and IV therapy. Monitoring the patients/clients care and

supervising Certified Nursing Assistants with the personal care and hands on with the

patients/clients as far as assisting with patients/clients as far as assisted daily living skills,

hydration, food consumption, toileting, transferring and many more duties. I have had experience

with Prison Nursing with medication pass, wound treatment and charting documentation.
