Honda Philippines Inc.

Increased the motorcycle sales from an average of 2000 units to an average of

4000 units (average price is Php 60,000). This was during my assignment as Area Sales Manager and concurrently as Depot Manager of the Visayas Region. We were also able to increase the dealership network in the Visayas Region and our performance was the vehicle for my promotion as Regional Sales Manager in NCR and Luzon areas.

Registered the highest motorcycle sales in March 2007 of 22,000 units (average price is Php 60,000) while being the Regional Sales Manager for NCR and Luzon.

As a member of the Dealer Development Committee, being responsible for declaring an area open and Dealer’s subsequent appointment, was able to increase the number of Dealer Branches via the proper monitoring of every Dealer’s retailing power. It was also during our time that Honda Philippines Inc. accepted new Dealer applicants outside of its existing Dealer base.

Responsible for the recommendation and its subsequent approval to use the Cebu Depot ground floor into a spare parts warehouse to augment for the delayed deliveries.

As a Honda Accredited Instructor, trained various Dealer Personnel before the formal opening of every Dealer shop/store.

Royal Sporting House Marketing (Philippines) Inc.

Responsible for establishing the business of the company in the VISMIN Region based on the company direction and objective(s).

Responsible for setting up and its subsequent operation of the company’s Regional warehousing and distribution center based in Cebu City. This was being done to solve the problem of delayed deliveries as well as to align product time line launch in relation to Metro Manila area.

Responsible for the sustained sales of an average peso value of Php 5 million to Php 10 million on a monthly basis.

Interfeeds Philippines Inc.

Responsible for the sustained sales of 100,000 bags to 150,000 bags on a monthly basis (average price during that time was Php 950/bag) in practically VISMIN Region.

Responsible for the setting up and its subsequent operation of various Depots in the key areas of Mindanao like : (1) Ozamis City; (2) Butuan City; (3) General Santos City and (4) Davao City. This was to bring closer the products to each various customers which solved the delayed deliveries.

Set up Distributors in aquaculture rich areas where we didn’t have any depot like in Bohol.

Made arrangements as well for direct shipments scheme for big aquaculture farms like the Tanchan of Cebu City and Eugene Lim of Ozamis City. This supported our sales generation in the assigned territory.

RETAIL MANAGER

Mawab Resources Inc., distributor of petroleum products, lubricants and

Duties and Responsibilities

Manages the whole retail business unit of Mawab Resources Inc. and reports directly to the Senior Vice President and the President/CEO.

Member of the company’s Management Committee (MANCOM).

Oversees all sections under the Retail Department like: (1) Human Resource Management Development Section (inclusive of training and payroll); (2) Operations Section (includes pricing and management of retail stations); (3) Purchasing; (4) Construction, Repair and Maintenance Section; and (5) Marketing Services Section.

Accepted as well outside consultancy, particularly within my contacts in the

motorcycle industry as well as in the aquaculture business. For the

motorcycle industry, tasks would span from identifying areas for expansion

and the area’s viability, sales and marketing programs, implementation of

training programs and other related operational matters. For the

aquaculture business, it deals mostly on the technical aspect of fish and

shrimp culture.

Has instituted a lot of developments and changes within its department and has consistently improve the sales on a month to month basis versus last fiscal year.

Managed the Sales Division and implemented sales programs to support generation of sales.
