Business, systems, and process analysis. Change leadership and training. Liaison between Family Support Services Division business unit and Data Services Division. Business unit technical expert on software and hardware relating to imaging systems, web applications, and system performance. Key projects:
Coordinated project to implement document imaging in large state government enterprise.
Deployed more than 300 networked kiosk document scanners to over 100 remote offices.
Trained over 1500 end users on document imaging. Trained on use of scanner hardware, as well as on daily use of new document workflow software. This training also focused on change management.
Performed business analysis function for project to enable customers statewide to verify eligibility for programs via the internet.
