Hired for the Electrical Superintendent position at the Questa Moly mine, to develop training, overhaul Preventive Maintenance System, and to ensure electrical personnel and supervisors were ready for start up in 2017. Mine was shut down on 6/2/2014 due to costs. Only salaried staff on site.

1/2012 – 3/2014 -- Kinross Gold, Republic, WA.

Started Reliability Program at Kettle River and Buckhorn, which entails the mill

and the mine. Certified both my people and myself in various aspects of NDT

testing. Formed criticality lists and developed a scheduled testing program of

NDT. Performed RCM review of critical equipment. Facilitated Root Cause Failure Analysis exercises. Utilizing JDE 9.0 CMMS system. Trained in thermal imaging

and UE ultra-sound applications and analysis. Mine scheduled to shut down 2015.
