Process Engineer (Commissioning Dept.) Tehran, Iran June, 2007 – Oct, 2014

Iranian Central Oil Fields Co. (ICOFC)

•Generated, reviewed and approval of Process engineering documents as a commissioner such as basic design, HAZOP, PFD, P&ID, Process data sheet, Block diagram, ESD diagram, cause &effect diagram, line sizing and control philosophy

•Designed Process and utility units with HYSYS or ASPEN plus Software (Manifold and Separation Area, Central Process Facility, 2 phases pump station, Gas Compressor station)

•Review the Operating Manuals developed by the EPC Contractor

•Reviewed project proposals and provided analysis of engineering parameters and feasibility

•Generated commissioning engineering documents such as check lists, pump performance test sheet and commissioning procedure.

•Actively participated in HAZOP meeting, leave comments and make a decision to solve problems as a process commissioning engineer

•Developed PFD, P&ID, and Heat and Material Balance Table

•Performed commissioning of plants as a process engineer at two-phase pumps station, Manifold (natural gas storage and produce)

•Performed SAT test (Site assurance test) before start up in Commissioning of several major oil and gas projects such as two-phase pumps station and Separation area of gas field in Iran.

•Commissioning activities: assist for plant walk-through, amine loading and salting, amine purification unit (APU) commissioning
