With my long history of experience in sales and customer service, coupled with my Masters in Education, I feel I am very qualified for this position. I have always been the person to which my employers have turned to take care of customers who are not satisfied with the service they have been provided. In my present job, I am often specifically asked to go to customer’s homes who have been serviced by other Romanoff installers, but are not happy with the service or outcome of the project. I consistently receive 10/10 on my customer evaluations. I know that in order to earn and maintain a return customer base, customers must be completely satisfied, and know that their relationship with me and the company does not stop when I leave their home, but hopefully continues for all of their needs that are within the scope of what the company and I can provide.

I delivered many mini classes at Home Depot on various subjects; tiling, flooring, new tools we were focusing on, and many other products and services we offered. My sessions went on longer than usual because I was asked many questions, and often solicited private jobs, which of course, I could not accept due to conflict of interest.

I am articulate and know how to break concepts down to create an easier understanding of subject matter. I can anticipate where the problem or confusing areas are, and usually address them before the customer asks. I am a very visual person, also being an artist, and I understand that not everyone can see what the final project outcome may look like. I help to bring that picture to them with the use of drawings, portfolios I have created showing different materials I have used and jobs I have completed, or seen others complete, so the customer can have a visual to help them make the decision to allow me and the company to provide our services to them.
