Job Requirements are to machine parts to high volume production levels, check tooling use levels in parameters, inspect parts with company and personal measuring tools, set offsets, preventive mantainance,change tooling and some secondary work.CNC’s used are Okuma 4 axis lathes. Parts that are machined are for NACCO and a variety of other material handling companies. The type of programming is g-code and variables.
