My former duties were as a Team Leader of the C-17 Flight Ramp Quality Assurance. Implemented and trained fellow Quality Assurance Inspectors to ISO 9000 series guidelines. Co-designed of Avionics Part Number and Serial Number tracking system Co-Designed of On Aircraft Test Procedures for C-17 Flight Data Download. Operational duties included Day to Day job assignments for aircraft inspectors. I also assisted the in implementing On Aircraft Test Procedures (OATPs) to specification and software compliance. During flight test operations, I was the QA representative for flight crew debriefings and dispositioning and troubleshooting of aircrew squawks. Assigned removal and replacement of components and performed system functional rechecks in all aircraft systems (fuel, hydraulic, propulsion, environmental, mission systems) as well as avionics. My early years consisted of working in product support in the field ensuring the final aircraft product meets all FAA rules and regulations as well the expectations and satisfaction of our customers.
