6-2015 to Present Position: Innotrac Inc. Safety and Loss Prevention Manager

I am responsible for all aspects pertaining to safety and loss prevention. Develop policy and procedure to ensure a safe work environment. Partner with human resources department and managers to provide training and disciplinary action as required. Investigate and work al accidents and injuries to include workers compensation cases.

Protection of Innotrac assets by developing and training a security team to conduct patrols, monitor employees and contractors entering and exiting the facility, utilizing CCTV cameras and metal detectors. Investigate and report all known losses to include accidents and injuries. Develop partnerships with the audit team to identify potential losses to the company.

5-2004 to 4-2015 Position: Kirkland’s Safety Manager

I have completed an OSHA Compliance course and I have been certified through the American Red Cross as an instructor in first-aid, CPR, AED and Blood borne pathogens.

Duties: Develop and manage the distribution center, corporate offices and all store safety programs. Responsibilities were to hire and train the team for the DC safety and security department. Developed the policy and procedures for our team and developed and trained all employees on the following general industry standards:

Position: Regional Loss Prevention Manager/DC Security Manager

I served as the loss prevention regional manager responsible for the 100 stores located in the southeast region.

Conducted LP and safety training for managers and team members

Conducted internal/external interviews utilizing Wickland-Zulawski interview techniques to resolve issues
