Professional Experience

Recent completion of ExxonMobil Hebron Qualification Testing, API 17D, PR2, FMC Ext. cycles of

seals project under budget and cost savings. Project included test/report/part documentations,

designing and design review of test fixtures 10K, 0-250F.

Recent completion of Chevron Wheatstone project of investigation of Gate Valve Seal failures in the

M3000 Actuators. Project included data and sample analysis, report documentation, and investigation

Seals. Worked with OEM supplier in person through the investigation.

Assisted in the certification of the manufacturing process of FKM material used in elastomeric

seals.

Successful completion of ExxonMobil Hibernia project (2013-4). Project included test/report/part

documentations, designing and design review of test fixtures 10K, 20-120F Qualification Testing API

17D, PR2, FMC Ext. cycles. Took on the project late and finished the project allowing the company to

meet the critical deadlines estimating cost savings of over $30K.
