Cost saving initiatives allowed for a 3-month extension of the contract without an increase in total contract cost and a $300,000 surplus. Instructed client personnel on preventive/predictive maintenance philosophy and best methods to perform specific maintenance tasks. Authored 300 plus preventive/predictive maintenance checklists. Served as US standards and technical expert to local national employees, Corps of Engineers and Egyptian Air Force. Performed consulting duties as requested by the Corps of Engineers for another contract and was awarded the title of Subject Matter Expert for facilities maintenance.
