I started as a part time customer assistant at their Chatham (Kent) store in 2004. I was appointed as a temporary Christmas staff and later made permanent. I got transferred to their Maidstone store as a Section Coordinator and some of my duties were as follows:

Making sure the department runs smoothly

Allocating breaks to all the section staff.

Making sure all the tills are operation during peak hours

Making sure the stock is filled at regular intervals

Carrying out the waste check after the end of business

Making sure the sections is dressed up properly and ready for next morning.

Acting as a key member during the Christmas out of works and leading the team in managers absence.
