1. Customer Relationship Building through personal contact / meeting / via telephone and Establishing New Business.

2. Handling Customer Enquiries over Telephone / Mail and answering the same. Also follow-up with Customers about the sent quotation.

3. Participate ONLINE-TENDERS through E-Procurement Site of Govt. / Semi Govt. Deptt.

4. Check order as per terms & conditions and execute the same.

5. Analyzing and investigating price, demand, competition and negotiating the same accordingly.

6. Review Sales Performances.

7. Follow-up for clearing the Payment and “C” Form Due and coordination with Transporters for material delivery.

8. Coordination with Production Dept for Planning about Inventory, Quality Assurance Dept for Inspection.

9. Attend Customer Complaints about quality & resolve them.

11. Daily report to Managing Director for Sales Activities. Coordinate & correspond regularly with Head Office & Branches for any recommendation and improvement in Sales Growth.
