1)Seamlessly converted over 900 Robot jobs to IBM Advanced Job Scheduler including all job dependencies and reactivity.

2)Redesigned and implemented procedures which e.g. decreased time to create and send Delinquency Letters to clients by adding the account manager’s signatures to the software FormScape which created the letters. This was being done manually for over 650 letters using a rubber stamp.

3)Added logic to existing ship confirmation email program to allow the bulk order notifications which were sending all orders to all order requesters, to be separated by requesters based on the client’s id.

4)Created a customer address book system to add or update existing or new customers to the address book, customer master and all information files needed to place orders. Retrieved the customer files by accessing their FTP site and copying them to the IFS on the iSeries, then calling the CLP programs to complete the process using software GoAnywhere.
