Review and process audit recaps for WC, GLO, EOL, BAP and Voluntary audit write ups. To process this, I must pull up the Auditors’ summary checking WC experience MOD’s rate pages, State expense constants and taxes. All of this has to be done before the audit is processed. This process also includes e-mailing the audit to the contact person. After completing this process, I must enter the audit into the policy system and close the audit out of the system. I also answer telephone calls from the insured’s, producers, and underwriters regarding audits, billing or any questions from Zurich employees regarding the audit recap.
